Chibi pack base

I don’t know if this is going to get me very far, but I thought I’d at least try. I have this pony OC that I adopted on Google+ before the site shut down, and I’ve lost the credits to who the creator was. The OC also had a Toyhouse profile that was made by the character’s previous owner before I adopted the character, but the original profile was deleted because I didn’t have a Toyhouse account back then. I didn’t keep up with the creator’s username or anything, which is how I lost the creator’s credits in the first place. Also to make things even more clear, the previous owner was not the creator, just someone else who owned the OC before I got her. The creator used one of these bases to design the pony, and there’s a signature that says “Tony“. The number 6 is also present in the image, meaning this OC was most likely from an adoptable batch. If anyone recognizes this pony and/or knows who the creator is, please let me know asap so I can give the creator credit for their design.
